New Orleans Wedding // Nick + Thi
Nick and Thi decided to make a weekend getaway out of their wedding. They rented an Airbnb to have their reception and to have everyone stay together during the trip. The day was a laid back affair with Cafe du Monde ordered in and lots of tears. They had their ceremony at The Old Pharmacy Museum in the French Quarter, followed by a Second Line. The Second Line was one of those moments when you’re present and realizing what a special moment you’re getting to be a part of. The reception back at the house was a four course personally prepared meal by candlelight.
Race and Religious Bridals // Nick + Thi
Nick and Thi are Dallas natives, but love to travel. It’s one of the things that made them fall in love with each other. When they started chatting about tying the knot, they knew they wanted something intimate. They knew they wanted to have it somewhere that would be an experience for all of their guests. New Orleans checked all the boxes. Nick and Thi decided to do their first look the day before the wedding, so they could enjoy the rest of the trip together. Race and Religious is a New Orleans staple and encompasses everything there is to love about the historic town
Loft at Stone Oak Wedding // Ethan + Sydney
Ethan and Sydney had the most perfect day at The Loft at Stone Oak to tie the knot. Sydney’s smile and laughter is infectious and had everyone on a high all day. Take a peek at Sydney’s first look with her dad and an epic dance party at the reception.
Fort Collins Intimate Wedding // Simon + Courtney
Simon and Courtney wanted an intimate wedding day where they could focus on THEIR PEOLPE. Simon works at a Brewery in downtown Fort Collins, Colorado and they decided this was the perfect location for their casual wedding that was so uniquely them. It was a perfect sunny September day and really made me fall in love with this town.
The day after the wedding, we decided to take an adventure to Rocky Mountain National Park. I saw more Elk up close than I can count and couldn’t get over the beauty of the mountains. We explored off the beaten path and found some amazing spots. I told Courtney “If your dress didn’t get a little dirty, you didn’t have any fun”

South Congress Hotel Wedding // Taylor + Shayne
Shayne’s family is from Austin and while she was visiting when she discovered the South Congress Hotel and just fell in love. ((it’s not hard to see why))
Taylor and Shayne love life and wanted to make their big day an experience for everyone. They had a casual day of hanging out with their closest friends and even ended the day with a late night swim. To make sure they could be more present on the day, we decided to do a day after session around the city the next day. We got together to take a photo tour of some of their favorite Austin spots.
New Mexico Adventure Engagement Session // Jason + Liz
Jason and Liz are from Kansas City and getting married there next year. Their favorite thing to do together is travel so they wanted to do something special for their engagements. Jason’s family is from Las Cruces and he wanted to run around some of his favorite spots.
White Sands is probably one of the most stunning places I’ve ever seen in person.
Barn at the Springs Winter Wedding // Carson + Sarah
Carson and Sarah are friends turned high school sweethearts. They both grew up with my younger brother, and we didn’t put it together until we met for coffee before the big day! They decided to get married in January because of both of their busy schedules, but the weather couldn’t have been more perfect for us that day. Carson and Sarah’s love shined through in the tender way they were with each other all day long. And in their friends faces who got to spend it with them. Take a peek at their sun filled day and one of the best dance floors I’ve ever been apart of!
Matt Lane Farm Wedding // Jacob + Ali

The Apollo on Emma Wedding // Trent + Kristen
Trent and Kristen tied the knot in their hometown in Arkansas at The Apollo on Emma. The Art Deco vibes of the venue perfectly fit the classic style of this pair. Later we crossed paths in Rocky Mountain National Park in Colorado to take some bridal portraits. They wanted to have a traditional venue for all of their family, but are adventurers at heart and wanted that to show in their wedding photos. (They got to have their cake and eat it too)

Hilltop Elopement // Todd + Taylor
Todd and Taylor decided to have a small ceremony on the hilltop overlooking his grandmother’s house. Taylor wore her grandmother’s wedding dress from the 1920’s and the entire day was all about family. Everyone was so emotional all day and when Taylor read vows to Todd’s daughter, there wasn’t a dry eye in the house. Make your day your own and do what makes you happy.

Kindred North Wedding // Logan + Amanda
Logan and Amanda are one of those couples that you meet and know right away that they’re perfect for each other. All day Amanda kept stopping everyone one and asking “Are you making memories?” A wedding day can go by so quickly and it was so important to them that everyone stop and be present. The decor for their big day was simple and beautiful and fun. Amanda even surprised Logan with a trick first look with her brother in a wedding dress to loosen the nerves! Oregon Coast Elopement // Ben + Bridget
Ben and Bridget are Arkansas natives but wanted some salty air for their nuptials. Cannon Beach is one of their favorite places in the world and we were lucky enough to find the perfect spot for an intimate wedding of 7 people. Since the day was already going to be a small affair, Bridget asked her dad to officiate and of course he said yes. They found the most perfect Airbnb right on the beach for everyone to stay together and host the reception. Take a look and fall in love with the beach all over again.
Latourell Falls Anniversary Session
Amity and Kathleen were Oklahoma natives who had just moved to the Portland area. I posted that I was going to be in Oregon for a wedding already if anyone wanted to get together for an adventure. Kathleen is a photographer too, but said they never got traditional wedding photos taken. I had been following the florist Vanessa Schmidt in Portland forever, and knew this was the perfect chance to work together. We had to change our original plan because of the weather, but I’m so glad we did because we would have never found this spot and the most perfect time of day. They weren’t afraid to get wet and we were all soaked by the end of it.
