Hunt Chapel Wedding // Ryan + Morgan
Your wedding is YOUR day. Surround yourself with people who make you feel happy and brings you joy. This is the one day of your life that you and your future partner get to create your vision of what you want your life to look like in the future. It truly is the start of the rest of your lives. Choose what is important to you and focus on it, don’t make decisions to make other people happy. If they love you, on your day, what makes you happy will make them happy.
Do not sweat the small stuff. Things will go wrong, things may not be exactly what you pictured. But if you focus on every person who CHOSE to celebrate with you and surround you with love it doesn’t matter what happens, it will be your best day.
Support Small Businesses. The best decision I made was choosing small (mostly women owned) businesses as vendors. THEY CARE about YOU!! And will do everything to make your day so so special.
Beckham Cave Elopement // Brendan + Cynthia
What memory stands out most to you from your wedding day?
Oh gosh, the whole day feels like a euphoric blur! But the moment that stands out the most was walking down the aisle and seeing everyone there for the first time. I had been in hiding all day so I hadn’t gotten the chance to say hi to anyone and just remember giving little waves to everyone. & then locking eyes with Brendan and grinning, feeling all the butterflies🦋
Advice for future couples?
Don’t sweat the small stuff, and don’t be afraid to break traditional norms. It’s about YOU AND YOUR PARTNER. Do it your way. Splurge on the things that are important to you and cut costs on things you don’t care about. I rented my florals and centerpieces and regret nothing.
How was your experience with April?
ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! April is so chill and yet so focused! The months leading up to the wedding, she always responded very quickly whenever we had questions. The day of, she made us feel so comfortable and then stepped right in when I needed her. She was super supportive and helpful in every possible way. Definitely helped us stay on track and stay true to the timeline. Once we received our pictures, she took the time to video chat with us so she could share with us the magic that she had captured. I love that she caught moments I wasn’t even aware of, and the editing was phenomenal.

South Congress Hotel Wedding // Taylor + Shayne
Shayne’s family is from Austin and while she was visiting when she discovered the South Congress Hotel and just fell in love. ((it’s not hard to see why))
Taylor and Shayne love life and wanted to make their big day an experience for everyone. They had a casual day of hanging out with their closest friends and even ended the day with a late night swim. To make sure they could be more present on the day, we decided to do a day after session around the city the next day. We got together to take a photo tour of some of their favorite Austin spots.
